1. Booking Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations must be made via email or phone call to our customer support team.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the service provider (hotels, flights, transport) and booking conditions.
Refund eligibility and amount will be communicated after verifying booking terms.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy of respective hotels, airlines, or travel service partners.
Processing time for eligible refunds: 7-10 working days.
All refunds will be made to the original payment method.
3. No-Show Policy
If the traveler fails to show up for a confirmed trip without prior intimation, no refund will be applicable.
4. Cancellation by Company
In case of unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities or operational issues, we reserve the right to cancel bookings.
A full or partial refund will be provided depending on the situation, or an alternate arrangement will be offered.
