1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Full or partial advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Payment methods accepted include online transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of respective hotels, transport services, and other vendors.
- MyTripMitra reserves the right to deduct applicable service and booking charges.
3. Tour Package Inclusions & Exclusions
- Tour inclusions and exclusions are mentioned in each package.
- Any additional service not listed in the package will be chargeable separately.
4. Travel Documents
- The customer is responsible for carrying valid ID proofs and travel documents.
- MyTripMitra will not be held responsible for any issues due to missing or invalid documents.
5. Health & Safety
- During the trip, customers are advised to follow local health, safety, and COVID-19 guidelines.
- MyTripMitra is not liable for any personal injury, illness, or accident during the tour.
6. Service Changes & Delays
- MyTripMitra reserves the right to change itineraries or services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Delays or rescheduling will be communicated in advance when possible.

- Unauthorized use of the website content is prohibited.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
- Any disputes related to bookings or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kurukshetra, Haryana courts only.
